Returns & Exchanges

At Tabletennisstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-assembled paddles and used rubber cannot be returned once they have been glued or played with.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all tags; custom-made rackets are excluded from standard returns.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
